What is WEB ASISTENT?
OFFICE 24® - WEB ASISTENT is an internet application which enables you to get a simple and quick summary of all the activities relating to your company being located in an OFFICE HOUSE business centre.
Thanks to the OFFICE 24® – WEB ASISTENT service you will have information available 24 hours a day which will make it easier for you to handle your agenda relating to the use of your company’s registered office.
With the WEB ASISTENT service you can:
- easily look through a list of all the correspondence that has been delivered to your company and that is ready for you to be collected or has already been handed over to you,
- have quick access to all the information about the parameters of the contract that you have signed with us,
- find in comfort contacts to the agent, reception desk or revenue office, under whose authority your company’s registered office comes,
- change the contact details and other parameters concerning your company,
- reserve a meeting room in one of our business centres.
