As an alternative to the personal handling of incoming phone calls, you may also choose the services called OFFICE 24 ® - VOICEMAIL. When anyone calls you, the phone is promptly answered with pleasant voice, stating any message, greeting or advertisement you desire. Once a message is left at your number, the voice message is automatically converted into an electronic file and immediately delivered to your email account. Voicemails are attached to your email as digital audio files in wav format, so you can listen to messages on your computer with the same sound quality as messages left on traditional answering services or devices.
