By our service OFFICE 24 ® - TRANSFER, the incoming calls to a dedicated phone line are automatically (without any operator or message) re-routed to another phone number further to the client's choice (in the Czech Republic or abroad). Thus, one phone call is divided into two calls, the first from the calling party to the dedicated phone line, the second one from our switch-board to the final phone number chosen by the client. The costs relating to the second call are recharged by our company to the customer, without any extra charge.
