FLEXI offices: Serviced Office Space

FLEXI offices are furnished premises which you can move into immediately upon signing a contract (also known as Serviced Office Space / Instant Office). One payment covers all the services you need for your activities and you have acquired professional backup facilities. As opposed to a regular let, with a FLEXI office you save on a host of auxiliary expenses, e.g. the wages of administrative employees, IT technicians, the price of furniture, insurance, etc.

FLEXI offices are situated in the Archa Palace, which is in the centre of Prague and boasts outstanding transport links as well. The main Prague trunk road and other arterial roads are in close proximity and metro, railway and bus stations, large department stores and theatres are only a short walk away.
