Commercial Register proceedings
On the basis of power of attorney we will arrange all necessary steps related to Commercial Register proceedings. We are able to arrange replacements of statutory bodies, change a name or a seat of a company.
We will arrange everything tailor made to your needs:
- a general meeting
- a notarial deed
- filing a proposal to the court
- arranging possible supplementation of the proposal
- inserting all necessary documents into the Collection of Documents
Depending on clients’ requirements we are able to announce the changes at the Financial Office, the Car Register, the Social Security Office or the Real Estate Register. We are also able to arrange a new registration of trade marks and further different licenses.
As for changes of statutory bodies we can also prepare all necessary related documents, i.e. a specimen signature, a consent with nomination to the office and a sworn affidavit.
